According to the survey conducted by Sociological group "Rating" In November 2014, the majority of surveyed Ukrainians (72%) agree with the statement that the Holodomor of 1932-33 was a genocide of the Ukrainian people, while 15% of respondents not agreed with this statement. Undecided on this issue 14% of respondents.
It should be noted that over the past five years recorded the highest percentage of respondents who consider the Holodomor as genocide. In particular, according to the results of research Sociological Group "Rating" in 2010, this percentage was 61%, in 2011 - 58%, in 2012 - 59%, in 2013 - 66%, in 2014 - 72%.
Thus, number of opponents of considering the Holodomor as genocide for period 2010-2013 had reduced from 25 to 15%.
